Returns & Exchanges

If you wish for a return or exchange, this must be done within 10 days of receiving your item.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or wrong size. - The full product price will be offered as a store credit. We are happy to exchange for a different size if that size is in stock.

To be eligible for a return or exchange the item must be unworn with tags attached and in its original packaging

To start the return process email us at info@aceandoak.com and let us know why you'd like to return or exchange your item. ( Please include photos if item is damaged.)

You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item ( Tracking must be included).

If the item is faulty or damaged you will be sent a refund for the cost of shipping.
